At Scorpwax, we hand-pour each candle to order and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review the following policy for details on how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Time
All our candles are made-to-order and hand-poured with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and production before your order ships. This does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping, with delivery typically within 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These costs will be the responsibility of our customers.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please note that reshipping the order may require additional shipping fees.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or leasing office. If the package cannot be located, contact the carrier to initiate a trace or investigation. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
7. Damaged During Shipping
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to report the issue and request a replacement or refund. We require photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim.
